The EVC 2010 Registration Fee includes:
- Registration to the EVC and ECC
sessions;
- Admission to the scientific program and exhibition area;
- All coffee-breaks and lunches
on Thursday February 25 and Friday 26;
- EVC-Cocktail on Thursday February 25;
- One textbook to be distributed at the meeting.

Cancellations
- All cancellations must be sent to the EVC Secretariat by mail or fax;
- Payment will be reimbursed if the cancellation is received before January 1, 2010;
- Payment will be reimbursed to 50% if
the cancellation is received between January 1, 2010 and January 15, 2010;
- No reimbursement will be given if the cancellation is received after January 15, 2010.

Congress material at the registration desk in the Foyer of the Congress Hall of the MECC which will be open as follows:
