Opening Hours
The annual courses of EVC will be held from 08.00 – 18.00h on Thursday February 25 and
Friday February 26 and from 08.00 till 13.00h on Saturday February 27.
Exhibition
The exhibition highlighting medical devices, pharmaceutical products and books will take place in the ‘Forum’ area of the Congress Center. Access to the exhibition is free for registered participants. The exhibition will be open on February 25 – 27, 2010 during the congress hours.
Liability
By registering for EVC and/or by participating in the exhibition joined to EVC, participants and exhibitors agree that EVC, the Organising Committee or the EVC Secretariat do not assume any responsibility for damage or injuries to persons or property during EVC. Participants and exhibitors are advised to organise their own health, travel and personal insurances.
EVC Textbooks
The EVC textbooks comprise all edited chapters of the scientific programm. One textbook will be handed out to all participants at the beginning of EVC 2010. Textbooks of other courses can be purchased for reduced prices.
Lunch and Refreshments
Lunches are included in the participants’ registration fee and available in the exhibition area. Coffee, tea and soft drinks will be served in the exhibition area during the breaks.
Certificate of Attendance
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the Congress on return of the evaluation form at the Registration and Information Desk.
Accreditation
This course is designed for Vascular Surgeons, Cardiac Surgeons, interventional cardiologists, radiologists, phlebologists, vascular medicine specialists, nurses, cath lab technicians and other healthcare professionals with a special interest in the field of innovative cardiovascular procedures. For EVC 2010 accreditation is
applied for at the European Societies an Boards of all specialties.
Language
The official language of the meeting is English
Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Course Directors of the EVC will be pleased to send a personal letter of invitation in order to enable participants to obtain supporting funds or visas for attending EVC. These invitation letters cannot be considered as an offer of financial support by the organisers.
